Climate Coaching
Are you curious, anxious, or overwhelmed by the current climate challenges? Are you struggling to work out what is uniquely yours to do? If so, then why not gift yourself a “walk ’n’ talk” telephone coaching session? You walk where you are and I accompany you on my walk, and we invite nature to be a valid third party in the conversation. By engaging in such reciprocity with the created world, transformation seems to happen, sometimes in your personal life and sometimes in your business/voluntary work. Curious? Trauma Recovery Coaching
Dealing with trauma isn’t something anyone should have to go through alone. I offer a safe, accepting, and supportive space where you can slowly begin to create a future that is not defined by the trauma you have experienced.
With over 10 years’ experience of working in a major trauma centre, I understand the physical, psychological, and emotional impacts that trauma can have. Through trauma recovery coaching, my commitment is to journey alongside you, guiding and listening so that you can better heal and grow from the damage of the past. My aim is to help you live fully, joyfully and comfortably with who you are. (Please note this is not therapy which you may need initially to explore the impact that the experience of trauma has had on you.)
